Birkhuhn Expertenmodell Tirol

Walde (2017): Raufußhühner-Monitoring Tirol, Monitoringperiode 2011 – 2014, Zusammenfassender Bericht.Das Birkhuhn Expertenmodell wurde von der Abteilung Umweltschutz (Reinhard Lentner und Michael Haupolter) in Anlehnung an das Auerhuhn Expertenmodell entwickelt. Es stellt die potenzielle Lebensraumeignung für das Birkhuhn in 10 * 10 m Rasterzellen dar. Als Eingangsgrößen für das Modell wurden folgende Parameter verwendet:Mittlere Julitemperatur, Geländeneigung, Geländetopographie, Abstand zur Waldgrenze, Überschirmungsgrad der Baumschicht und die Randlinienhäufigkeit. Die Berechnung wurde von der Station tiris-Umweltschutz (Michael Haupolter) durchgeführt.
