3. Gletscherkataster Tirols: erstellt von: „Amt der Tiroler Landesregierung, Abteilung Geoinformation - tiris“ bzw. „Universität Innsbruck, Institut für Meteorologie und Geophysik“. Statement: Aufgrund von Laser Scaning Flügen im Jahr 2006 und Orthofotos wurde ein drittes Gletscherinventar (GI3) für Nordtirol durch die Universität Innsbruck, Institut für Meteorologie und Geophysik, erstellt.Der Datensatz wurde im Rahmen eines bestehenden Kooperationsvertrages zwischen Land Tirol und Uni Innsbruck übernommen.
