Siedlungserweiterungsflächen Tirol

Die Siedlungserweiterungsflächen werden durch eine Zusammenschau aus Flächenwidmung und Örtlichem Raumordnungskonzept (ÖRK) ermittelt. Es sind Flächen, die laut ÖRK innerhalb des Siedlungsgebietes liegen und die laut Flächenwidmung Freiland sind, also nicht als Bauland, Sonderflächen oder Vorbehaltsflächen gewidmet sind. Durch immer wiederkehrende ÖRK- und Flächenwidmungsänderungen und ÖRK-Fortschreibungen wird dieser Datensatz laufend aktualisiert.
