Birkhuhn Maxentmodell Tirol

Das Birkhuhn Maxentmodell drückt die potenzielle Lebensraumeignung für das Birkhuhn als Wahrscheinlichkeit in Prozent aus. Es beruht auf 4.282 Birkhuhnnachweisen als Eingangsgröße für die Modellierung im MaxEnt (S. Phillips, M. Dudik u. R. Schapire, unterstützt durch AT&T Labs-Research, Princeton University sowie Center for Biodiversity and Conservation, American Museum of Natural History). Als Modellvariablen dienten die mittlere Apriltemperatur, die Seehöhe, die großräumige Waldausstattung, die Randlinienhäufigkeit, die Überschirmung der Baumschicht, die Überschirmung der Vegetation kleiner 4 m, die Geländekurvatur, die Vegetationshöhe, die Waldgesellschaft, die Neigung, die Winter-Solarstrahlung und die Exposition. Berechnet wurde das Modell mit 10 * 10 m Rasterzellgröße. Der AUC-Wert beträgt 0,874. Die Berechnung wurde von der Station tiris-Umweltschutz (Michael Haupolter) durchgeführt.
